Well then, how do you know if you are getting the nutrients you need from food? Is the guide: deep colors, strong nice smell? And are you suggesting that taking vitamins is too simplistic (i.e. not effective) as food is very complex and we don't understand all the interactions at the cell level system?

Hi,

You are absolutely right, food and their beneficial molecules are more complex than the "Miracle" food crowd is trying to make a dollar from.

However, a bit of personal responsibility, proper education in our schools and from our government and everyone could know what is best for their health.

I believe this is possible and that people could and should demand and receive this information from our schools and government, but sadly do not. We all deserve this information and could have access to it, but no one is demanding it. The time has come for everyone to demand and receive this essential life and health information!
